Efficient team building is the backbone of most successful project, yet forming efficient teams is far from trivial. The aim of my research is to develop methods that facilitate this process and enhance the way people collaborate and co-create, both online and offline, with applications in innovation, crowdsourcing, and business.

Below are the five main areas of my research. For more information feel free to visit the web page of our Collaborative Technologies Lab.

Human agency over AI decisions

How to design AI that gives users control while ensuring teamwork performance?

Novel forms of collaboration

What new forms of collaboration can emerge from emerging forms of work like crowdsourcing?
